Healing through Movement
Yoga
The Yoga Site
This is a very beautiful site with general information on yoga and types of
yoga.
Internet Yoga
This a truly wonderful sight-self described as a virtual shrine to teachers
and teachings of yoga. I suggest that you click on the "transcripts"
at the bottom of the first page, then click on Swami Ridrananda, then click
on Rudi Raw, then on Part 1. Read this and soon you can feel his presence. Soak
up the teachings. I feel that no matter what your tradition this man transcends
labels and speaks to all of us.
"NAMASTE"(sanscrit
for- I bow to the Divine in You)

Alexander Technique
This is a British site with a great deal of material and links.
A Collection of Internet ResourcesRegarding the Alexander
Technique. Very thorough job! A lot of news groups as well as websites. Mailing lists to join discussion groups
on the internet.
Direction: the Journal of the Alexander Technique. Very good
site with lots of information, a great library where they record E-Mail discussion responses. This is an online
discussion but not done on the moment. The participants respond a little more slowly and their responses tend to
be well thought out and often very well phrased. Good Work!
