Initiation of the Open Heart This information is in reference to the previous posting from Archangel Metatron called "YOU ARE THE SOLAR CROSS". For those who are drawn to participate in the "Initiation of the Open Heart", this information was channeled by Metatron through Mariam at last night's Masters Healing Class. This Meditation explains the actual process for transmuting the emotional energy imprinted upon the Soul, which beings forth the great pain of responsibility. METATRON: As the energies accelerate over the next week and the Book of Knowledge brings to you memories form the distant past, a great deal of emotion will course through your bodies. To bring about this initiation and the removal of that armor of pain and responsibility from around your heart, proceed with the following: Assume a meditative state and allow the emotions to come through your Heart Center. Because of the fear that these emotions might overwhelm you, control their movement into the Heart Center by allowing them through a door or gate -way which you control and can shut at any time. Allow only the emotions through, at one time, that you feel comfortable with. Shut the door at your will and allow the emotions to flow through your body. As you allow and feel the emotions the armor around the Heart will slowly dissipate. Continue this meditation whenever you feel a build up of emotions.
