One thousand are known only to the angels, one thousand are known only to the prophets, three hundred are found in the Jewish Torah, three hundred are found in the Psalms of David, three hundred are found in the Christian New Testament, and ninety-nine are found in the Muslim Qur'an. The final name, the Ism Allah al-a'zam, or the Greatest Name of Allah, is known to Allah alone.
